Introduction

These Terms of Service ('Terms') are a legal agreement between you ('User' or 'you') and Pawjai ('we', 'us'). By accessing or using any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. Pawjai may modify these Terms at any time and will notify users via the app or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent. You warrant that information provided to Pawjai is accurate, complete, and up to date, and you agree to keep it up to date. Pawjai may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or false information.

3. Registration and Accounts

Users may need to create an account and set a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password. Pawjai is not liable for losses from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All services, content, trademarks, logos, and technology are the property of Pawjai or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or use them commercially without written permission.

5. Use of Services

You agree not to use the services unlawfully, harmfully, or to attempt unauthorized access, infringe rights, or send false/deceptive/malicious data. Pawjai may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations.

6. AI Content and Guidance

Pawjai services may include AI-generated advice or information intended for general guidance only and not veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Use discretion and consult licensed veterinarians as needed. Pawjai does not guarantee accuracy or suitability and is not liable for interpretation or use of such information.

7. Subscriptions and Fees

Services may be free or paid under specific plans. Pricing, duration, benefits, and auto-renewal will be stated in the app or website. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming subscription details.

8. Cancellation and Suspension

You may cancel your account at any time in the app or via designated channels. Pawjai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations or harmful activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

You use the services at your own risk. Pawjai is not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services, inaccuracies, data loss, AI guidance/results, or unauthorized access.

10. Changes to Terms

Pawjai may update, modify, or replace these Terms at its discretion, with notice provided via the app or website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Thai law, with disputes under Thai jurisdiction.

13. Maximum Liability

Total liability of Pawjai (if any) is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or THB 1,000 if no fees were paid. Pawjai is not liable for special, incidental, consequential damages, or lost profits.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and content are provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, security, or freedom from viruses.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pawjai, its officers, employees, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from (a) your use of the services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of laws or third-party rights.

16. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remainder of the Terms.

17. Class Action Waiver

You agree not to file or join any class action against Pawjai. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.

18. Language and Interpretation

These Terms are provided in multiple languages. In case of discrepancy, the Thai version shall prevail.
